Purpose and legal basis
Date-enquiry data is processed to answer the guest’s own request, check the requested period and, where possible, prepare an offer. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b): taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract. Consent is not requested for this purpose.
Required and optional data
Required to process a date enquiry: arrival, departure, guest count, name and email address. Optional: parking need, phone number and free-text message. Reply language is derived from the active EN/HU site language; it is not requested as a separate required personal-data field.
Submitting a date enquiry is voluntary; there is no statutory requirement to provide data through this form. Without the required fields, however, we cannot meaningfully process or answer the request.
Do not submit identity documents, card details or unnecessary special-category/sensitive data through the form.
Recipients, processors and transfers
The website and date-enquiry form are hosted on infrastructure provided by Ethernet Servers Ltd (United Kingdom). Enquiry notifications are delivered to [email protected] through the verified hosting-environment mail route. The date-enquiry form does not use a payment provider, analytics/marketing service, CRM or Booking.com data submission. Transfers to the United Kingdom connected with this hosting service rely on the European Commission adequacy decision for the United Kingdom under GDPR Article 45.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to answer and reasonably follow up the enquiry and for as long as reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If the enquiry becomes a booking, separate booking, accounting, tax and other mandatory retention rules apply. A fixed deletion deadline will only be promised when the real operating process can reliably enforce it.
Rights and complaints
Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) and seek a judicial remedy.

Automated decisions and marketing
There is no automated decision-making or profiling based on a date enquiry. Enquiry data is not automatically added to a marketing list; marketing requires its own appropriate legal basis.
